Pollei Hgdeil Scokle is an extraterrestrial, intelligent, humanoid life form. He is the first instance of proof that The Guardians aren't the only people with supernatural abilities.

Pollei comes from a low profile tribe on a different planet which practices paranormal abilities considered unethical by the general population of the planet: particularly, time manipulation. It is the belief of the majority that enough use of such abilities could kill their user, or worse, create a paradox and tear the stream of happening. For instance, it is required of the user to start *and* stop the halt of time; If for any reason a person does the former and is unable to do the latter, they would be frozen in the second, leaving them unable to further participate in the time stream.
