Eykans

Background
"Eykans" are certain people who have been appointed by Eiy to be in charge of wriggling their way into a seat of power in geographical areas they are assigned, and holding that area. Eykans are targeted for their potential proficiency in manipulation of people and systems. Eiy uses his own silver tongue to convince each Eykan that their assignment is necessary, possible, and better for the world in whole. He also gives them the means to carry out his plans, more or less. The Eykans do not know each other and do not act according to each other.
